With over 34 years of experience designing and leading retreats around the world, her work is grounded in the understanding that retreats are not just events, but experiences that can deeply impact the way people feel, connect, and move through their lives.
Through The Retreat Design Lab and ongoing individual coaching, Liesel supports retreat leaders to move beyond simply planning retreats and into creating experiences that are intentional, sustainable, and truly felt.
